The Eastern Region/Price Quality Improvement Committee has made written recommendations, as follows:
--A recommendation letter dated September 16, 2010 was submitted to the Eastern Region Administration of Child and Family Services, regarding domestic violence cases and high recidivism rates. The regional response was sent on November 27, 2010.
--October 30, 2007, letter about a respite care system for foster parents. Child and Family Services responded and has given the approval for a regional pilot project for approximately 12 months in the Eastern Region.
--October 30, 2007, letter regarding employee retention. Child and Family Services has been given until January 5, 2008 to provide their written response to these recommendations. Child and Family Services sent a response letter on February 3, 2008 addressing these recommendations.
