On February 2, 2010, a letter was submitted by the Western Region Quality Improvement Committee to Child and Family Services' regional and state administration with suggestions for boosting resources for structured foster parents. This response letter was sent from Child and Family Services to the Western Region Quality Improvement Committee on March 2, 2010.
